   本文的研究工作主要包括以下五個(gè)部分：首先，介紹航空發(fā)動機(jī)常見的磨損故障類型，研究磨損故障的失效機(jī)理，分析磨粒的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理、分類以及形態(tài)特征：其次，針對傳統(tǒng)鐵譜分析技術(shù)的缺點(diǎn)，引入圖像分析技術(shù)，再結(jié)合特征參數(shù)優(yōu)化篩選，形成基于圖像的磨粒顯微形態(tài)學(xué)特征描述方法：然后，基于提取到的磨粒形態(tài)特征信息，應(yīng)用模式識別方法完成磨粒自動識別，并根據(jù)顆粒摩擦學(xué)的基本原理進(jìn)行航空發(fā)動機(jī)磨損故障的診斷與定位：再后，鑒于單一方法不能提取足夠的故障征兆信息進(jìn)行磨損故障診斷，本文引入信息融合技術(shù)，開展航空發(fā)動機(jī)多故障征兆信息綜合診斷方法的研究與探索；最后，基于航空發(fā)動機(jī)滑油光譜分析與鐵譜分析數(shù)據(jù)，應(yīng)用時(shí)序模型、灰色模型以及組合模型進(jìn)行磨損故障的預(yù)測方法研究。
